Job summary

Qualifications

BA or BS degree required; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years marketing and/or analytics experience.
Experience in pharmaceutical industry and pharma data preferred.
Analytical reasoning, curiosity, business acumen, attention to detail.
Excellent communicator with all levels of the organization.
Proven team player with matrixed, fast-paced experience.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Advanced Excel and data visualization (Power BI or Tableau).
Experience with SQL, SAS, SPPS, R, Python preferred.
Experience integrating AI tools into workflows.
Demonstrated project management abilities.

Responsibilities

Strengthen brand understanding by tracking sales, physician, account, patient, and competitive data.
Develop analytics models to guide marketing decisions and forecasting.
Provide sub-national insights across channels and customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver integrated analytics.
Support financial planning with inputs for monthly and annual plans.
Coordinate with onshore and offshore research suppliers; ensure compliance.
Maintain market knowledge and communicate trends to stakeholders.
