Qualifications

• Experience as a construction superintendent on commercial projects is required or highly preferred.
• Proven ability to coordinate trades, manage site logistics, and ensure quality control.
• Knowledge of safety practices and risk mitigation, including OSHA compliance.
• Strong organizational skills for schedules, documentation, and multiple activities.
• Experience budgeting and tracking labor, materials, and change orders.
• Demonstrated project management abilities and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, and contracts accurately.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations on commercial construction projects on-site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, and monitor quality.
• Enforce safety standards and conduct regular site inspections.
• Schedule, sequence work, and track progress against milestones.
• Maintain on-site documentation and communicate with PMs, owners, and designers.
• Assist with cost control, resolve field conflicts, and support punch lists.
