Job summary

Axis Construction Management, LLC. is seeking a Field Superintendent / Field Project Manager to lead and manage commercial construction projects in the Philadelphia region.

The role involves coordinating field teams, vendors, and schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery with high standards of quality. Ideal candidates will have 7–10 years of experience in commercial construction, strong proficiency with MS Office and project management software, and OSHA certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of commercial construction experience in the Philadelphia metro area.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, MS Project and Outlook; Procore/OnScreen Takeoff a plus.
• Experience with medical, multifamily residential, or hospitality projects.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Local candidate within one-hour commute to King of Prussia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate production teams and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to optimize value.
• Facilitate clear communication among office, design team, and field operations.
• Maintain schedules and budgets; report updates to Senior Project Manager.
• Develop and manage detailed critical path schedules.
