Role Description The Construction Superintendent is a full-time, on-site role based in West Chester, PA, responsible for overseeing daily field operations on commercial construction projects. This position coordinates and supervises subcontractors, manages site logistics, and monitors work quality to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes. The superintendent enforces safety standards, conducts regular site inspections, and addresses issues promptly to maintain a safe working environment.
