Job summary

Arbour Valley is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and perform hands-on maintenance across our property portfolio. You will inspect buildings, coordinate repairs and ensure maintenance standards are met with prompt service requests.

You will train staff, supervise the team, and work with the Property Manager on hiring, performance reviews, and safety compliance. This role requires experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, plus a valid driver’s license and HVAC/EPA/CFC

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years verifiable hands-on maintenance experience.
• HVAC, EPA and CFC certifications are required.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record are required.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on maintenance of the property and inspections on a regular basis.
• Lead, train and supervise maintenance staff; coordinate with the Property Manager.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs across trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry).
• Ensure safety, manage inventory, and maintain equipment and vehicles.
