Job summary

Arbour Valley Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a range of duties to maintain and enhance the community. You will handle repairs and improvements of vacant apartments to achieve market-ready status and work closely with the maintenance staff to meet quality standards.

You will prep units, process work orders, and assist in preventative maintenance projects. The role requires teamwork, reliability in on-call situations, and adherence to safety guidelines while delivering

Qualifications

Experience performing basic maintenance tasks in residential or commercial settings.
Familiarity with using hand tools and equipment safely.
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a maintenance team.
Good communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
Pull and complete resident work orders promptly.
Consult with Maintenance Supervisor on issues and close work orders when done.
Provide on-call emergency service as needed.
Report maintenance concerns for repairs on vacant units, models, clubhouse, and common areas.
Monitor and manage maintenance inventory and supplies as directed.
Assist in preventative maintenance of buildings and systems.
Maintain grounds and common areas and coordinate with management.
