Linbeck is seeking a Superintendent I to plan and manage construction sites in Fort Worth, ensuring safety, quality, and contractual compliance. You will oversee subcontractors, coordinate with the project team, and drive lean processes across scheduling, safety, and QA/QC efforts.

The role requires 8+ years in commercial construction, strong leadership, and proficiency with BIM tools, LAT technologies, and strict adherence to GMP and safety standards on large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or Business preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of commercial construction experience required.
• Minimum of 6 years of field supervision as a lead superintendent for a ground-up General Contractor required.
• Experience with healthcare, K-12, higher education, or cultural venues.
• Experience with CM@R, Design-Build, and/or IPD.
• Demonstrated success implementing and managing project safety programs required.
• Proficient with Lean Construction tools and management style required.
• Proficient with scheduling software required.

Responsabilités

• Develop a Safety Culture with Subcontractors by facilitating the BBS program.
• Analyze, document and address Safety Hazards through Safety Walks with the Job Team.
• Review JHAs for completeness and accuracy daily for all trades on site.
• Manage Field Labor including hiring and termination processes.
• Develop the Master Baseline Schedule with logic and duration estimates.
• Create and maintain Site Utilization, Logistics and Phasing Plans for GMP creation.
• Utilize Lean Board tools to visualize constraints and improve productivity.
• Conduct effective Daily Huddles with Job Team and Subcontractors.
• Lead Weekly Work Plans and PPCs using Lean Board Tools.
• Generate Daily Reports and manage timely submission from subs.
