Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience on $15-$30 million or larger commercial/industrial construction projects in a superintendent role.
• OSHA 30-hour certified.
• First Aid, CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed Training.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day coordination of Gilbane’s trade partners.
• Establish credibility among owners, trade contractors, and unions.
• Oversee the project quality plan and complete inspections.
