Job summary

Wingate Packaging in Washington Court House is seeking an Offset Press Operator to lead safety, quality and productivity in paperboard packaging production. The role requires operating a 6-color or 8-color press, setting up and maintaining presses, and ensuring accurate prints to spec.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience on KBA, Komori or equivalent offset presses, and are proficient in reading production orders and performing press maintenance.

Qualifications

• Ability to read production orders and follow specifications precisely.

Responsibilities

• Read production orders and produce according to specifications.
• Set up, adjust and operate offset presses for various paper types.
• Maintain ink pressure and registration for clean impressions.
• Perform routine press maintenance and lubrication.
• Inspect work for quality and document results.
• Adhere to safety procedures and wear PPE as required.
