Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking a skilled Flexo Press Operator to lead safety, quality, and productivity on a wide-web 8-color flexographic press. You will set up, run, and maintain equipment to print on paperboard substrates, and manage ink, color, and print quality to meet customer specs.

The role requires strong mechanical troubleshooting, math and color differentiation, plus hands-on press experience in manufacturing.

• Must have working knowledge of the use of a PC and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Previous hands‑on experience running a flexographic printing press in manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Lead team in safety, quality, and productivity during the production of paperboard packaging.
• Set up, run, and maintain a wide-web, 8-color and coating flexographic printing machine to print on various substrate paperboard.
• In-process adjustments to press controls, managing ink, and checking print quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Train assistant operators and participate in continuous improvement projects.
