Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking an experienced operator to safely run and maintain an Offset Printing Press for folding cartons. You will manage production performance and lead a crew to meet goals.

The role requires 5+ years in printing, strong mechanical skills, and ability to train new team members. Expect 12-hour rotating shifts, lifting up to 50 lbs, and a safety-focused environment with GMP/AIB compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain an Offset Printing Press to produce folding cartons.
• Manage production performance and crew.
• Train crew members and enforce GMP/AIB/Safety.
• Lead crew to meet production goals and attend team meetings.
• Support sample production runs and perform other duties as assigned.
