Job summary

RTX is seeking an Offensive Systems Engineering (OSE) Portfolio Program Manager to lead IRAD/CRAD programs in the Advanced Technology unit. This onsite role is in Tucson, coordinating with engineering, finance, and supply chain to drive program success.

You will define objectives and milestones, manage budgets and risks, and mentor a growing program management team while supporting business development.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM and at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing IRAD/CRAD programs from initiation through execution.
• Active and transferable U.S. government SECRET clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of IRAD/CRAD programs, ensuring technical, cost, and schedule adherence.
• Serve as primary program execution contact with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.
• Strategic planning for portfolio growth and resource optimization across budgets and investments.
• Develop and manage program plans with objective, milestones, and resource needs.
• Drive risk management processes including identification, mitigation, and monitoring.
• Mentor and lead a growing program management team and support business development.
