Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Offensive Systems Engineering (OSE) Portfolio Program Manager to lead and support a dynamic portfolio of cutting-edge programs in the Advanced Technology business unit. This role will focus on delivering results across a mix of Internal Research and Development (IRAD) and Contract Research and Development (CRAD) initiatives. The candidate will help develop the portfolio strategic objectives, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, business development, finance, and supply chain, to drive program success in alignment with these objectives. This role is also responsible for managing infrastructure for AT, including room consolidation, network consolidation, security infrastructure, etc.
This position is onsite based in Tucson, Arizona.
