Getinge in Merrimack, NH is seeking a senior Process Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for manufacturing medical device finished goods and components to meet customer specs.

The role focuses on defining verification/validation strategies, coordinating cross-functional activities, and driving continuous improvement while ensuring regulatory compliance and on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum seven years of leadership experience within a medical device manufacturing or process development environment.
• Minimum two years of direct management of engineers, technicians, or other technical personnel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and support a team of engineers and technicians.
• Plan and execute process verification and validation for medical device manufacturing.
• Define VERIFICATION and VALIDATION strategies for improvements and new development.
• Lead projects and coordinate cross-functional teams across Manufacturing Operations, QA, QC, and Regulatory.
• Drive continuous improvement and Right-First-Time culture in processes and systems.
• Generate and review protocols and final reports; manage project milestones and budgets.
• Provide troubleshooting support and guidance to operations, quality, and regulatory teams.
• Mentor team members and foster leadership development within the unit.
• Ensure safety, compliance with regulatory standards, and audit readiness.
