Job summary

Getinge seeks a Manager, Manufacturing Engineering to lead and grow high‑performing Manufacturing Engineering teams in Merrimack. You will plan and oversee sustaining engineering activities, drive continuous improvement in process design, cost, quality, and equipment, and direct teams to design, optimize, and implement new manufacturing processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in a Manufacturing / Process Engineering role.
• 2+ years of proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or process development environment.

• Set priorities and communicate with Operations leadership.
• Ensure product quality, productivity, and cost goals.
