PROMED MOLDED PRODUCTS INC is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead capable process development and efficient transfer of products into production. You will initiate technical tasks in a manufacturing environment, report to a senior technical lead, and mentor technicians while ensuring adherence to brand and quality systems.

The role emphasizes designing for manufacturability, creating documentation, and collaborating with customers to support studies and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field with minimum 7 years in engineering or 15 years in a similar field.
Experience with hands-on technical work and medical device industry interest is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assess process capabilities and lead improvements across multiple processes.
Execute design, project management, and quality system deliverables.
Create technical reports, validations, and qualifications from experiments.
Apply manufacturing knowledge to design, tooling, and automation development.
Translate customer requirements into product specifications and support studies.
Ensure proper documentation meets quality systems requirements.
Mentor technicians and train operators when needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
