Valhalla Post Acute in Louisville, KY seeks a Staff Occupational Therapist to evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with physicians and families. You will supervise COTA and train staff as part of a collaborative rehab team.

This role requires an OT license in the state, a degree in Occupational Therapy, and proficiency with Net Health and PointClick Care. You will document outcomes, participate in care conferences, and support fall prevention and mobility goals.

Competenze

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy; master's/doctorate preferred.
• Proficiency with Net Health and PointClick Care.

Mansioni

• Evaluate residents to determine OT needs and rehab potential.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise COTA and staff training in rehab techniques.
• Communicate with physicians, nursing, families, and team members about progress.
