Job summary

CLT Recruiters is seeking an on-site Superintendent for high-end residential projects in New York City. You will oversee all trades, drive the schedule, and ensure safety, access, and quality on condominiums, townhouses, and brownstones while coordinating inspections and sign-offs.

The role requires substantial NYC construction experience, including familiarity with condo/coop approvals and strong leadership with homeowners present at times.

Qualifications

• Ten years of NYC site supervision experience, ideally five years on luxury residential projects.
• Experience running a job on your own, not as a second-in-command.
• Fluent with NYC building approvals, inspections, co-op/condo board requirements.
• Current safety credentials, including an SST card.
• Direct with subcontractors and calm when facing homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the work of all trades on site daily.
• Maintain the site schedule and drive sequencing.
• Manage safety, site logistics and building access.
• Enforce quality standards and catch issues before rework.
• Coordinate inspections and sign-offs.
• Keep daily reports and photo records.
• Manage punch lists and closeout.
