Job summary

CLT Recruiters LLC is seeking a senior superintendent for luxury residential projects in New York City. You will oversee flagship renovations and high-end builds, owning schedules, coordinating trades, and ensuring top-quality workmanship.

Lead on-site teams, uphold safety, and serve as the main liaison with owners, architects, and boards. Salary ranges from $180,000 to $200,000 per year depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Fifteen or more years of site supervision in New York, luxury residential projects.
• Experience on flagship projects—technically difficult and highly finished.
• Ability to lead other superintendents and on-site teams.
• Complete command of NYC approvals, inspections and building requirements.
• Current safety credentials, including SST supervisor card.

Responsibilities

• Run the firm's most significant residential projects on-site.
• Own the site schedule, sequencing and trade coordination end to end.
• Set the quality benchmark and enforce it with all trades.
• Lead assistants and site staff, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Be the senior on-site presence in front of owners, architects and boards.
