Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction (ground-up and interior fit-out).
• Proven track record of managing complex NYC-based projects.
• OSHA 30 and SST-62 certifications required (or willingness to obtain immediately).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations on assigned construction projects.
