Cityscape Recruitment USA is assisting a leading Manhattan General Contractor in hiring a Superintendent to oversee construction commercial interiors, including high-end fit-outs, workplace renovations, and tenant improvements.

This role requires a minimum of four years in the Construction Commercial Interiors market, experience managing NYC projects, and current credentials with a NYC GC. You will coordinate subcontractors, run meetings, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Superintendent within the Construction Commercial Interiors market.
• Proven experience managing Construction Commercial Interiors projects in NYC.
• Must be working for a New York City Construction Commercial Interiors General Contractor.

Responsibilities

• Managing subcontractors on Construction Commercial Interiors projects.
• Coordinating daily site activities across multiple Construction Commercial Interiors projects.
• Running schedules, look-ahead meetings, and site coordination meetings.
• Leading OAC meetings and maintaining communication with clients and project teams.
• Maintaining quality control and site safety standards.
• Working closely with Project Managers on Construction Commercial Interiors projects throughout Manhattan.
• Overseeing commercial interior construction activities from demolition through final handover.
