Formación

• RN licensure required
• 1+ year charge nurse or leadership experience preferred
• Acute care experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Perform venous access procedures within RN licensure scope and ensure patient safety.
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy; adjust plans based on patient response.
• Assess patients to determine venous access methods and address complications.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for venous access and infusion therapy.
• Provide patient education on venous access and infusion therapy.
• Monitor staff performance and conduct appraisals; drive improvements.
• Mentor staff through training and coaching to enhance skills.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives by analyzing data and implementing changes.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the care team.
