AdventHealth in Winter Garden, FL, is seeking a skilled RN leader to oversee a caregiving unit focused on venous access and infusion therapies. This role emphasizes staff development, patient safety, and daily operational excellence.

You will mentor staff, lead quality improvement projects, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while delivering high-quality patient care within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• RN license required and Florida background screening may apply.
• 1+ charge nurse or leadership experience preferred.
• 1+ nursing experience in acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within RN licensure with patient safety.
• Administer and monitor infusion therapies and adjust care plans.
• Assess patient conditions to choose venous access methods.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for infusion.
• Provide patient education on venous access and infusion therapy.
• Monitor nursing staff performance and provide feedback.
• Mentor staff and organize educational programs.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and analyze data.
• Communicate clearly with patients and healthcare teams.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
