Qualifications

• RN license to practice in Florida (or eligible)
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's required
• 1+ year as charge nurse or leadership in acute care preferred
• BLS/CPR certification required; additional certifications preferred
• Ability to lead staff, mentor others and drive quality improvement

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures and administer infusion therapy
• Develop and implement individualized care plans; monitor patient responses
• Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to nursing staff
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance
