Qualifications

• RN license required

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within RN scope
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy
• Assess patients to determine venous access methods
• Develop individualized care plans
• Provide patient education on venous access/infusion therapy
• Monitor and mentor nursing staff for standards
• Lead quality improvement initiatives in unit
• Ensure regulatory and hospital policy compliance
