Job summary
AdventHealth is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager – Full-Time to lead the Venous Access and Infusion Therapy unit. You will oversee operations, ensure safe patient care, and mentor staff while coordinating with nursing leadership to improve performance and outcomes.
Responsibilities include directing venous access and infusion treatments, fostering evidence-based practice, and supporting department projects while maintaining respectful relationships with patients, families, and the health care
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing required.
- BSN preferred.
- Current RN license where practicing.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee venous access and infusion therapy services.
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing staff.
- Coordinate staffing, performance improvement, and patient care standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and patient safety practices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
