Job summary

Framatome is seeking a seasoned Scheduling Lead to own the project planning for major nuclear EPC initiatives in the United States. You will develop, maintain, and analyze schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

You will guide a team of schedulers, coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, and Procurement, and provide data-driven insights to optimize timelines and costs. A bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of scheduling experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of project scheduling experience in large industrial projects.
• Strong expertise with Primavera P6 (mandatory) and advanced planning methodologies.
• Experience in leading a team of schedulers and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains project schedules and status analyses.
• Creates work breakdown structures to meet scheduling and cost tracking needs.
• Performs critical path analysis and scenario modeling; assesses changes impact.
• Leads schedule status meetings and provides training to staff as needed.
• Drives scheduling process improvements and ensures baseline control.
