Job summary

Framatome is seeking an I&C Planner Scheduler to develop and optimize schedules for the Nuclear Instrumentation & Controls team across multiple sites in the US. You will coordinate with project partners, monitor progress, and deliver detailed forecasts, reports, and KPI analyses using Primavera P6 and Excel.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of scheduling experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience or equivalent work.
• Advanced understanding of planning and scheduling concepts.
• Experience using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
• Basic understanding of nuclear power plant systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to adjust schedules to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains current project schedules with appropriate software.
• Assists in defining project work breakdown structures.
• Performs critical path analysis and scenario planning.
• Ensures adequate resources are allocated for projects.
• Coordinates with IS for scheduling tool updates and enhancements.
• Leads schedule status meetings and provides data analysis.
• Delivers scheduling training and coaching as needed.
• Produces timely reports and KPIs for management.
• Identifies scheduling process improvements.
