Job summary

General Matter is seeking an experienced Scheduler to plan, coordinate, and deliver large-scale enrichment facilities from concept through operations. You will develop and maintain integrated CPM schedules with clear critical-path guidance for leadership, spanning design, procurement, construction, and regulatory milestones.

Requirements include 12+ years in EPC or industrial capital projects, a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, and advanced Primavera P6 and MS Project

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on expertise with CPM and schedules from scratch for large facilities.
• 12+ years of planning and scheduling on large-scale EPC or industrial projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering or construction mgmt.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain fully logic-driven CPM schedules; perform critical-path analysis.
• Integrate milestones across design, procurement, construction and regulatory steps.
• Own scheduling standards, systems, and benchmarks for consistency across projects.
• Lead schedule risk assessment and mitigation planning.
• Review schedules and ensure site-level work rolls up into the integrated plan.
• Conduct site visits and provide schedule input for planning and leadership reporting.
