Job summary

Sargent & Lundy is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead multi-discipline nuclear projects from planning through commissioning and closeout. You will coordinate with lead managers and teams, manage client relationships, and own scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining baselines and KPIs.

The role emphasizes strong communication with stakeholders, risk management, and oversight of cost/schedule performance across complex projects in the nuclear sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in nuclear industry with 5+ years leading multiple projects or teams.
• 8–10+ years in progressive leadership roles supervising design/construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large, multi-discipline nuclear projects from planning through turnover and closeout.
• Coordinate with managers and teams across units to align scope, priorities, and deliverables.
• Manage client relationships, provide progress, risk, and cost updates, and lead reviews.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, baselines, and KPIs; maintain critical path.
• Oversee change orders and assess impact of scope changes on cost and schedule.
