Job summary

Sargent & Lundy in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Project Manager with medium to large scale nuclear project experience to lead multi‑discipline teams from early planning through implementation, commissioning, turnover and closeout.

You will manage client relationships, control scope, schedule and budget, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safety and quality while keeping projects profitable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
• 12+ years nuclear industry experience with 5+ years leading multiple projects.
• Experience with nuclear projects; EPC/GC knowledge.
• PMP is a plus; travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large, multi-discipline nuclear projects from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate with managers and teams to align scope and deliverables.
• Manage client relationships and provide progress, risk, and cost updates.
• Oversee budget, schedule, and procurement; approve changes.
