Qualifications

• Experience in radiological work, safety regulations, and nuclear safety.
• Ability to prepare and review complex technical work documents (TWDs) with regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership of engineers and technicians, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Experience coordinating cross‑branch work, resolving conflicts, and managing resources.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first-level supervisor and senior technical authority for a segment of nuclear engineering operations.
• Provide expert engineering analysis, design, and troubleshooting for naval reactor systems.
• Provide technical and administrative supervision to nuclear engineers and engineering technicians.
