Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Master's or Doctorate with respective years of relevant experience.
• Currently a Senior Reactor Training Engineer or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, consultation, and oversight at naval shipyards.
• Conduct installation, testing, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of nuclear systems.
• Engage with ship's force and senior shipyard leadership.

Skills

Experience within the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program

Ability to apply multiple engineering disciplines to complex problems

Critical thinking and a skeptical mindset

Collaboration on large-scale projects

Good written & verbal communication skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related technical field and 6 years of experience

Master's degree in a related technical field and 4 years of experience

Doctorate in a related technical field and 1 year of experience
