Job summary

Arculen is seeking a Principal Control Systems Engineer to lead the design, implementation and testing of distributed control systems (DCS) for nuclear power applications. You will oversee hardware and software for process monitoring and control across new-build and operating plant programs, mentor engineering teams, and drive technical decisions throughout the lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of engineering experience with at least two years in team leadership, solid PLC and DCS

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing distributed control systems for industrial processes.
• Strong PLC/DCS programming and hardware-software integration skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead engineering teams through complex lifecycle stages.
