Job summary

Veeco is seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager – New Product Introduction to drive next‑generation semiconductor capital equipment programs from concept to manufacturing readiness and launch.

You will align Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Field teams, balancing technical excellence with delivery commitments while influencing decisions without direct design ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience leading complex, cross‑functional engineering, product development, or NPI programs.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment or highly engineered product environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end execution of multiple NPI programs from concept through manufacturing release.
• Develop integrated program plans with milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead phase‑gate reviews and executive‑level communications on program health and decisions.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Software, Manufacturing, and Quality teams across product lifecycle.
