Job summary

Veeco is seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager in the United States to lead complex semiconductor wafer processing equipment programs. You will coordinate across Engineering, Technology, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive concept through release and commercialization, mentoring junior managers and guiding best practices.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering or related discipline required.
• MS degree preferred.
• 8+ years of engineering program or project management experience in semiconductor equipment or related industries.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Product programs with multidisciplinary teams across Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Systems, and Process Engineers.
• Drive planning, execution, and delivery for complex semiconductor capital equipment programs.
• Develop and maintain integrated program schedules, critical path analysis, risk registers, and mitigation plans.
• Manage ECOs, product configuration, costed BOMs, and lifecycle deliverables.
• Support product cost targets, budgets, and resource planning.
• Lead program reviews and executive status reporting.
• Act as primary interface with Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Leadership.
