Job summary

Accenture's Next Gen Robotics team seeks leaders to build Physical AI and robotics solutions from PoC to production. You will collaborate with engineers, AI specialists, and strategists to create scalable architectures and deliver measurable client value.

This role requires 5+ years in technical leadership, deep robotics experience with ROS2, simulation, and VLA models, plus strong client-facing skills. Expect travel to client sites in the US and beyond.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in technical leadership roles—e.g., solutions architect or tech lead.
• Minimum 5 years of robotics experience focusing on ROS2, simulation, autonomy.
• Bachelor's degree in robotics or computer science or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Build Physical AI & Robotics solutions for clients’ operations.
• Develop scalable Physical AI architectures with autonomy and VLA model integration.
• Lead a Physical AI/Robotics Centre of Excellence across PoC to production rollout.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, and industry units on roadmaps and demos.
• Contribute to technology benchmarks, venture screenings, and robust demo/test setups.
• Travel to client sites 25%–100% as required.
