Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in robotics engineering, robotics software, autonomous systems, or related fields.
• Proven ability to architect and deploy robotics systems in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in ROS/ROS2, Python and C++ for robotics applications and platform integration.
• Experience with fleet management, multi-robot coordination, and orchestration platforms.
• Knowledge of industrial protocols (PLC/SCADA, OPC UA, MQTT, MES, WMS, ERP).

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end technical architecture for robotics intelligence platforms and fleets.
• Architect robotics platforms covering perception, localization, SLAM, planning and learning.
• Design orchestration and fleet-management patterns for reliable operation.
• Develop integration patterns across robot OEMs, ROS, PLC/SCADA, MES and ERP.
• Lead architecture reviews, risk management and engineering governance.
• Mentor robotics and platform teams and drive reusable standards.
