You will design paywall tests, project revenues, and deliver actionable insights while bridging storytelling with data for informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL and data visualization to inform editorial decisions.
• Experience turning performance data into actionable editorial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with editors on content planning using historical performance data.
• Monitor story traffic, conversions, and audience trends to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Lead regular strategy meetings with editorial leadership and embed with desks to drive changes.
• Provide clear reporting on KPIs across segments, formats, topics, and desks, for leadership.
• Support paywall and subscription strategy with data-driven recommendations.
