This strategic role requires a unique balance of rigorous data science skills and strong analytical instincts. Responsibilities include building predictive models, translating quantitative findings into actionable business insights, and mentoring junior team members.

The position is based in our New York office, and offers a competitive salary range of $135,000 - $155,000.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or applied machine learning.
• Proven ability to own models end-to-end in a lean team setting.
• Strong proficiency in Python including model training and validation.
• Advanced SQL and experience with large-scale data warehouses.
• Experience applying causal inference and statistical methods.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with digital strategy teams to drive analytical opportunities.
• Design and build end-to-end predictive models.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Own the metrics and measurement systems for performance evaluation.
• Mentor and develop junior data team members.
