Yingst Building Group is seeking an experienced New Home Superintendent II to oversee daily construction of new homes across South Central Pennsylvania. You will manage field operations, coordinate trade partners, and ensure homes are built to schedule, budget, and quality standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Previous experience as a Superintendent or Construction Manager with a residential new homebuilder is required.
• Experience managing multiple new home construction projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, building codes, materials, and quality standards.
• Proven ability to manage construction schedules, subcontractors, and job budgets.
• Experience in a production homebuilding environment is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily field operations for multiple new home construction projects from start through settlement.
• Execute construction schedules to maintain production flow and meet target completion dates.
• Maintain accurate daily construction logs and provide progress updates.
• Coordinate with trade partners and internal teams to resolve schedule conflicts.
• Ensure work meets plans, codes, and quality standards while maintaining safe job sites.
• Prepare homes for inspections, orientations, and settlement.
