Job summary

Yingst Building Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our New Home Superintendent team and oversee residential projects across multiple communities. You will drive production schedules, maintain safety and quality standards, and collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Estimating, Warranty, and the Regional General Manager to meet timeline and budget goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of residential construction experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously across geographic footprint.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Proficiency with construction management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of New Home Superintendents.
• Architect and oversee master production schedules to ensure on-time delivery across communities.
• Ensure safety, quality and budget adherence on all active projects.
• Partner with Purchasing, Estimating, Warranty and Regional GM to drive performance.
