Job summary

Yingst Building Group seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead our New Home Superintendents and oversee multiple residential communities. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency while partnering with Sales, Purchasing, Estimating, Warranty, and leadership to meet project targets.

The role demands extensive field leadership, strong process improvement, and a commitment to delivering exceptional homes and customer experiences across our Pennsylvania communities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of residential construction experience with progressive leadership and site management responsibilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple residential projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of residential building methods, codes, schedules, budgets, and quality control.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with conflict resolution and cross-functional communication.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of New Home Superintendents and map clear growth paths.
• Establish operational metrics, drive accountability, onboard field staff, and manage performance.
• Foster a culture of excellence through cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Architect and oversee master production schedules to ensure on-time delivery across communities.
• Conduct regular field inspections to support safety, progress, and quality across sites.
