Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a seasoned Senior Network Operations leader to own the operational fleet across hyperscale data centers. You will drive readiness, conduct site assessments, and author critical MOPs in live production, collaborating with network engineers, compute operations, facilities, and supply chain.

You will oversee OEM/ODM relations, enforce standards, and travel up to 75% to support global sites and incidents.

Qualifications

• You've operated mission-critical network topologies at scale.
• You have experience in IP network operations and optical networking.
• You write clearly and teach others to improve readiness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical authority for the operational network fleet.
• Lead site assessments and operational audits before site activation.
• Review platforms and designs from an operational lens and feed learnings back to engineering.
• Author, approve, and execute high-risk network MOPs in live production.
