Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking an on-site IT Infrastructure engineer to build and run networks, identity systems, endpoints, and access controls across gigawatt-scale data center campuses.

You will automate provisioning, own a multi-site IT stack, and coordinate with security to keep teams, contractors, and customers secure and productive. The role requires hands-on networking and rapid incident resolution under pressure.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT infrastructure across multiple physical sites with network, identity, and endpoint management
• Automation of IT operations using code to remove manual work
• Experience owning IAM for a fast-growing org and preventing access sprawl
• Strong ability to resolve on-site incidents under time pressure

Responsibilities

• Build and run the on-site IT infrastructure at gigawatt-scale data center campuses
• Automate provisioning of endpoints, identity, and access across a growing workforce
• Own the multi-site IT stack and coordinate with security on access controls and network segmentation
• Stand up repeatable IT deployment runbooks for new campuses
• Resolve on-site incidents and unblock field teams with fast, effective fixes
