Job summary

Fluidstack is hiring for a Data Center Operations Lead to own 24/7/365 site operations, oversee electrical, mechanical, and cooling systems, and lead a high-performance team. You will manage safety programs, drive incident resolution, and coordinate with construction and operations partners to ensure reliability at scale.

The role demands deep technical knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to deliver under high-pace conditions in a hyperscale environment.

Qualifications

• You've run 24/7 critical facility operations where availability was contractual.
• You know electrical and mechanical infrastructure deeply enough to discuss details with technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24/7/365 operation of all critical infrastructure at your site.
• Own site safety in partnership with HSE and manage LOTO across a mixed workforce.
• Build and lead the full site team, coordinating operators, technicians, and engineers.
• Run the hardware and network repair operation, manage queues and break-fix timelines.
• Run incident and change management, deliver root cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Partner with construction and commissioning teams during live builds and handover.
