Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking to strengthen its Data Center Operations team in Abernathy, TX with a hands-on role focused on end-to-end logistics and asset management for hyperscale sites. You will own receiving, shipping, tagging, and data entry in asset systems while maintaining 99%+ accuracy and coordinating with vendors for RMAs and replacements.

You will move material quickly under high-pressure conditions, build metrics, and drive improvements to the workflow as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Own logistics and asset management on-site for a data center or high-volume hardware environment.
• Maintain 99%+ inventory accuracy with disciplined cycle counts and real-time tracking.
• Move material quickly under operational pressure so technicians never wait for parts.
• Manage vendors, RMAs, and inbound/outbound logistics end to end.
• Build and report metrics (turns, obsolescence, accuracy) and improve processes from them.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end logistics and asset lifecycle for a hyperscale data center site: receiving, shipping, asset tracking, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain asset tracking from receipt through decommissioning, including tagging and data entry in asset systems.
• Manage receiving and shipping: verify quantities, inspect for damage, and update tracking in real time.
• Run cycle audits and physical inventories to maintain 99%+ accuracy and resolve shortages before impact.
• Fulfill parts requests for technicians and engineers and keep staging areas organized for deployment.
