Job summary

Tract Capital Management seeks a Manager of Network Engineering to lead the active design and build of Layer 2/3 infrastructure across data center campuses. You will own campus LAN, EVPN/VXLAN fabric, IP routing, segmentation, SD-WAN, firewalls, and OT network layers, coordinating with ISP/OSP teams and vendors.

The role requires hands-on expertise and serves as a player-coach, turning design intent into secure, buildable packages while ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to standards across

Qualifications

• 10+ years in network engineering with data-center focus.
• 3+ years directly managing a small technical team.
• Deep IP routing, switching, and network security experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead and develop a small team of three specialists.
• Own end-to-end Network Engineering: LAN, EVPN/VXLAN, routing, ACLs, DNS/DHCP/IPAM.
• Design and validate site-to-site VPN and encrypted interconnects.
• Define network standards, policies, and configuration baselines.
• Design OT/ICS network layer with Purdue/IEC 62443 zones and OT protocols.
• Oversee wireless/Private 5G design and integration into core network.
• Review integrator deliverables for standards compliance and turnover to ops.
