Overview

We’re looking for a Lead Network Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise network solutions. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, customer engagement, and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead on projects; guide and mentor engineering teams.
• Build strong customer relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.
• Design, configure, and deploy LAN/WAN, wireless, firewalls, load balancers, NAC, and data center solutions.
• Optimize networks and troubleshoot complex issues, including critical incidents.
• Implement Software Defined Networking, automation, and orchestration tools.
• Create technical documentation (designs, as-builts, migration/test plans).
• Identify business opportunities and support sales teams with solution expertise.

Qualifications

• Current CCNP or CCIE certification required.
• 10+ years’ experience with Cisco routing, switching, wireless, and firewalls.
• Deep knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
• Hands-on expertise with Cisco Nexus, Catalyst 9000, Cat 6500 VSS, Cisco 9800 WLC, and NAC.
• Skilled with automation/orchestration (Cisco DNAC, NDFC), and tools like NetBrain, Wireshark, SolarWinds.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP networking.
• Background in enterprise, consulting, or service provider environments.
