Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks a Senior Network Engineer (Voice) to join the Fort Bragg team, focusing on data center network architecture and operations for DoD systems. This position will serve as team lead, coordinating hardware, software acquisitions, and configuring networks while ensuring security, backup, and recovery capabilities.

Required: 8+ years experience, DOD 8570 IAT II, Associates degree or equivalent, US Citizenship with TS/SCI to start.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience or a combination of education and experience.
• DOD 8570 IAT level II required.
• CCNA or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes customer requirements and provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
• Performs maintenance and upgrades of networks, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, remote access systems, and networks.
• Coordinates the acquisition of hardware and software, as well as subcontractor services as needed.
